Project Introduction

EDI Portal is used by google for items fulfilment packaging. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a technology that allows businesses to exchange electronic documents and data with their trading partners in a standardized and automated manner.

Problems

The platform took long times for certain tasks, it was hard to train new people and expect them to use the platform seamlessly. There were errors caused due to inconsistent user experience and confusing & cluttered UI.
